Cross-Highlighting columns/rows for better readability |
Working with wide tables with textual data, especially on wide monitors, can be troublesome if you
need control and visually compare the values of cells separated by many columns or rows.
The "Cross-Highlighting" function in GS-Calc can make it much easier. The current row (or column), optionally
with a number of rows (or columns) below and/or above (or to left and/or right), can displayed with a brighter
background.
To activate this function, use the View > Toggle Cross-Highlighting On/Off.
To change the parameters, the number of highlighted rows/columns and the contrast between them and the rest
of the worksheet window, click View > Toggle Cross-Highlighting Options.
You can also use the corresponding toolbar button.
