1. Saving Data as PDF
To save data in PDF format, use one of the following methods:
- File > Save Table As PDF and File > Save All Tables As PDF — the first saves the current worksheet, the second saves the entire workbook. Page layout and content options can be adjusted via File > Page Settings.
2. Font Mapping
Note: When saving a PDF, GS-Base maps all workbook fonts to the standard set of 14 PostScript Type 1 fonts. These fonts are guaranteed to exist in all PDF viewers and operating systems.
3. Advanced PDF Save Options
Use File > Advanced PDF Save Options to specify:
- the language/code page used when saving text,
- a custom character encoding list to ensure correct glyph display.
